Internal Practice Management

Practice Management tool for allowing easier management of projects and related pipelines

The idea behind the project is to provide a one-stop dashboard for project managers, allowing them to streamline a variety of administrative functions under their perview.

The project is divided into the following components based on their function:

Operations

A Project solution development view that allows you to choose people with the required skillset tags for their project

• Projects: Shows a list of ongoing projects - start date, end date, skillsets required

• People: Shows employee name, role, designation, skills

• Pipeline: Shows list of future projects with their expected start date, skills required

• Report:

  • Compiles a list of available team members who have not been tagged to a project already

  • Lists upcoming projexts based on which will start soon based on their start date

Learning and Development

• Create Training: View skills needed for project in pipeline and setup training for team based on it

• Allocates dedicated team to set up training

• List courses as mandatory/voluntary

Quality

Shows the list of projects as links

• On selecting a project, more details are available about it such as status- red/green/amber

• List details to justify status (number of blockers, project progress)

• Show how many people have been assigned to the project

• How many bugs report available on project

Recruitment

Show the hiring demand for each practice:

• Show hiring demand for quarter and how much has been met

• Show hiring demand for all 4 quarters and progresss on hiring already

• Show number of people ongoing review/background checks

Innovation

• Show innovation project ideas and skillset needed

• Assign team to run them

• Assign dedicated team to validate ideas and assign managers, AM etc to facilitate them
